I had a wonderful experience staying here, as it was just a few steps to Hohematte Park where I enjoyed scenic walks, and only less than a 5-minute walk to Harderbahn, making it super convenient for sightseeing through beautiful Interlaken.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Carlton-Europe Vintage Adults. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and offers stunning views of the Swiss Alps from the room. The staff displayed exceptional professionalism and provided attentive service throughout my visit. The complimentary breakfast was delightful, featuring a rich selection of fresh foods, and I enjoyed dining with a mountain view from the restaurant balcony.

The quirky decor truly stood out, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home, even fixing a minor room issue immediately.

Beautiful room with comfy bedding but internet was slow during peak hours.

Vintage decor offers a charming atmosphere, with bits of history throughout the property that add a unique touch. The rear garden area provides a nice spot to relax in and escape the tourist rush outside, a rare find in high-traffic locations.

The lack of air conditioning turned nighttimes into an exercise in frustration, with street noise, train sounds, and church bells keeping me awake. Plus, it’s annoying having to pay extra to store luggage before heading out, especially when most places provide that service free. The breakfast also lacked variety and quality—runny scrambled eggs and overcooked bacon left a lot to be desired.

We had a wonderful time exploring the nearby mountains. The views were stunning from our room, making every morning a joy. The family-friendly activities kept the kids entertained, and the breakfast options were delicious, especially with the beautiful view from the dining area.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool could be more family-oriented with shallow areas for kids.

Great location just a few minutes from Interlaken Ost train station. The room was spacious and had a flat-screen TV, heating, and a shower with good water pressure. I loved the breakfast that featured freshly baked croissants and a variety of meats and cheeses. The restaurant also had great hamburgers. The views of the Alps were stunning and unparalleled.
